It's quite fun to see what you can do with two colors of polish and a nail art pen. It's about at straightforward as it looks, paint half of thumb, middle, and pinky fingers with gold glitter polish, let dry, then fill the other half with red. Paint a black stripe in the middle with your nail pen.
Paint your full ring and pointer finger nails with the same gold glitter polish. Let dry, and then use your paint pen (or a sharpie if your hands are shaky) and draw a heart on each. Fill the insides with your red polish.
Cover with clear coat and viola! Valentines nails!
